Overview

Inspired by the works and philosophy of the artist, designer and technologist John Maeda, we designed a brand identity for FabriX, a fictional fashion technology company that allows customers to personalize the fabric of their clothing. After determining the company’s mission and value, we designed a logo, a responsive e-commerce website, branding collaterals and posters that conveys the company’s value and its products.

Logo Design

Our brand identity features a simple yet dynamic “X” logo, incorporating visual metonymy to reflect the central role of fabric in our products.

Website UI

Our website design features a clean and modern appearance.

We designed mobile views to make it mobile-friendly too.

Brand Posters

To emphasize our commitment to providing unique, customizable fashion experiencesthe, we designed the following posters. They are created using the pattern of our logo. We experimented with the use of repetition, randomness and negative space to reinforce the customizability and complexity within our products.

We designed the following posters to reflect the core of our products — fabrics.

Brand Collaterals

We first created three patterns and used them to design our brand collaterals.
